Another year in the real estate business
Once again, it’s the season to be thankful for all the good things in life. And, three whole years into the real estate business, I’ve got a lot to be thankful for.
Nashville
We live in a growing, diverse city, with a booming economy, decent weather, interesting people, and a lively arts, entertainment, and dining scene. It’s getting busier and better every day, and I just love it!
Work
I have a great job. It’s hard work, but it’s good work. I go at it with excellent fellow realtors and exceptional clients every day, and every day brings something new. It’s not always something fun, but it’s never something boring. And most of the time it’s fascinating and rewarding. What a privilege and a pleasure it is to do this work.
Village
Three years ago, I landed at the best brokerage in town. Like Nashville itself, we are a growing, diverse, interesting, intelligent, well-behaved community of brokers, agents, and staff. We support each other, educate each other, crack each other up – and get a lot of real estate bought and sold in the process. And our annual holiday party simply cannot be equaled! Who wouldn’t love this place?
Friends and Family
As always, I have the support of an outstanding posse of relatives, friends, clients, colleagues and assorted others. What would I do without them? Support, humor, hospitality, laughs – and occasional tears – is what life all boils down to, and I’ve got the best of all of it. Plus, I continue to get the nicest emails from folks who read my message and try my cocktails every month. I couldn’t ask for more.
